One of the world's most beautiful destinations is now home to TEFL International's world renowned TEFL certificate course. Conveniently situated 50 miles from Athens, Corinth is the gateway to the Peloponnese, an area rich in natural beauty and historical sites. Ancient Corinth is an important archaeological site, and above the ancient town towers Acrocorinth, a fortress used throughout the middle ages by Byzantine, Venetian and Turkish occupiers.

The modern city of Corinth has all the facilities to make your stay enjoyable, including numerous outdoor cafes, bars and restaurants, several beaches, and services such as travel agencies, banks and shops. There are excellent transport connections, with buses to Athens every hour, and frequent trains and buses connecting Corinth to the surrounding villages.

Corinth is an excellent base for touring, set among many unspoilt beach resorts. Loutraki is a spa town renowned for its clear blue sea. Vrahati, where we provide accommodation, is one of the many smaller coastal villages that combine relaxing days on the beach with vibrant nightlife. The stunning sites of Mycenae, Argos, Nafplio and Nemea are all close by, as is the theatre of Epidavros, where ancient tragedies are performed during the summer festival.

Course Location

Corinth is an ancient city about 48 miles west of Athens on the narrow stretch of land that joins the Peloponnese to the mainland of Greece. Corinth was an important city in ancient Greece and it played a major role in the missionary work of the Apostle Paul. Today, Corinth is the second largest city in the Peloponnese with several sites of interest to pilgrims and tourists.

Course Fees

The course fee is $500 deposit + 920 Euros (excluding accommodation).

Double-up Discount
Book together with a friend (or more) for the same course and you each get USD $50 off your course deposit AND a 100 euro discount EACH on your final course fee. Offer applies to all course dates (though not in conjunction with any other offer). This is total savings of almost USD $200 each! We can also arrange for you to share the same accommodation if required.

Free Flights
For all courses between October and April every year, we'll book and pay for your flight to Athens from London as long as you enroll at least two months before the start of the course.

Accommodations

Accommodation prices vary based on peak tourist months. Private rooms are available for 300 Euros during the off season (October through June) and 500 Euros during the months of July, August and September. If you prefer a shared room, such rooms are available year-round for 300 Euros. In all cases, you may need to share a bathroom.
